In 1975, we began what would become Yuba-Sutter Counties’ only locally owned and operated petroleum distribution company.
Now over 50 years later, we are proud to be engaged in the business of wholesale and retail distribution of petroleum to the public spanning a one hundred-mile radius across the Yuba-Sutter county region. Our partnerships allow access to key Pacific Pride card-lock fueling sites which control exclusive franchise territories in key Northern California markets. Site locations include: Arbuckle, Davis, Paradise, Gridley, Sacramento, Roseville, Yuba City, Marysville, Sutter, Auburn, and Wheatland.
Ryan Rogers, President
President and C.E.O Ryan Rogers has worked in the energy industry for over 30 years. He joined the Lakeview team as a partner in 1992. In 2007, he became President and founded GreenTraks Inc., a Software as a Service Company to help petroleum and other organizations transform their operations to a more sustainable future with innovation that creates superior and differentiated product offerings that also expand the distributor's revenue model.
Mr. Rogers holds a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from UC Davis as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the U.C. Irvine Merage School of Business. He has further graduate training at the Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary, has earned his CCIM Designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member, and completed the Aji Network’s 2 year Business Professionals Course as CEO.

Vice-President Operations
Vice President of Operations Michael Howard has worked in the petroleum industry for over 30 years. He started with Gilpatric Oil, now known as the Lakeview Bulk Plant, right out of college and continued on with the facility as plant manager after Gilpatric Oil Company sold to Redwood Oil Company in 1988.
In 1992 he purchased Redwood Oil Company’s Marysville branch with Gene, Marie, & Ryan Rogers, becoming a partner in Stohlman & Rogers upon the completion of the acquisition.

Gene Rogers founded Stohlman & Rogers Inc. with then partner Dave Stohlman in 1973 in Gridley, CA. A few years later, they relocated the business to Marysville, CA.
Marie Rogers came aboard full time in 1978 when she and Gene bought out the remaining 50% of the corporation that would become Lakeview Energy Services.
Through the years, they acquired the Marysville, Gridley, Colusa, Oroville, and Roseville distributor territories and continued to serve them from the Marysville Bulk Plant. They ran the corporation with 100% ownership until 1992 when the Marysville operations of Redwood Oil Company came available for sale. The business and assets were purchased and Ryan Rogers and Michael Howard each became owners in the corporation.
